She remained on Black Prince for 6 years with occasional visits back to the Black Watch and during those years was promoted to Assistant Cruise Director, then Deputy and then finally reaching Cruise Director in 2003. Last year Alison left Black Prince and did a short stint on the Breamar and since Sept 2006 has been on board Black Watch.

Before joining Fred. Olsen, Alison worked as assistant entertainments manager for Warners on the Isle of Wight, and previous to that she was with Pontins for 4 years - 1 year as a Bluecoat, 1 year as senior hostess and two years as assistant entertainments manager, in Great Yarmouth.
