UK & Ireland
With visits to the Channel Islands and the Scilly Isles, then on to the contrasts of Waterford or Londonderry, or even the far north of Scotland, there is as much beauty close to home as the far flung destinations we also travel to.
Select a cruise which is close to home, with sizzling city breaks, relaxing waterside retreats or beautiful countryside; or you may choose to join a cruise which embraces the string of rugged, beautiful islands that ring mainland Britain, and throw in a taste of genuine Irish hospitality to offer an enchanting alternative to more crowded, frenetic southern hotspots.
Climates are generally cold and wet or crisp and dry in the Winter months; and pleasant and warm in the Summer, although these have varied considerably in recent years. Average temperatures are lower in Scotland and Northern Europe to that in England and Wales. Temperatures usually range from just above freezing in the Winter, to 20-plus degrees in the Summer.
