Onboard Experience
We take great effort to ensure that you are well looked after from the time you join the ship until the time you leave. All our staff are there to make you feel completely relaxed, and your cruise an enjoyable one.
We have a substantial number of single cabins on board all our ships, as we recognise that paying a supplement for a twin cabin just adds to the expense of your holiday. Or if you'd rather, we offer shared cabins (same sex only) where you may meet a new friend.
With Gentleman Dance Hosts to twirl the ladies round the dance floor, to the barman knowing your favourite drink, you can be sure we'll make every effort possible to make your cruise unforgettable.
We will do our best to accommodate most dietary requests on board. We currently cater for vegetarian, low fat, dairy free, lactose free, gluten and wheat free diets. All special requests must be specified when booking, and we will endeavour to source the products required, but cannot guarantee specific brands. (Some special requests may not be possible due to the location of the vessel and availability at local ports).
Please note that Boudicca, Black Prince and Braemar will become smoke free from their first sailings in 2009, and Black Watch Balmoral and will follow suit after completion of their 2009 World Cruises (13th April and 29th May). Smoking will be banned in all indoor areas, and permitted only on cabin balconies, and on specially designated areas of deck space.
